Motion Notifications stopped for app since updated

Hi there, motion notifications have stopped on all of my devices (phone and iPad) since the updated app has been loaded 4 days ago. I have tried resetting all the settings for notifications for motion on phone / iPad and in the app itself, but no luck.
Anyone else had this issue since the app update?

This should not be happening, @Bharri77. Try checking your motion settings, motion schedules, and alerts settings in the Ring app. Please also ensure there is not a vpn enabled on either mobile device. It’s always a good step to check your event history for recordings of motion, to confirm that motion is being detected as intended. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
