Motion not working

I went on holiday, my ring door bell camera fell off its bracket (long story not fitted proper, it is now tho) when I came back (my sister posted it through the letterbox) I re-fitted my camera (properly) I checked for damage (just scratches where it hit the floor) . My camera works but it doesn’t pick all movement up? I haven’t changed anything on the app, I can go see through my camera going live and my connection is good? Could the fall from the bracket cause this to happen?
