Motion Not Activating

I just purchased a ring video doorbell 2 and I am able to walk up to within a few feet of it, turn around and the motion detection starts only AFTER I’ve walked away. We have some inside cameras that are much more responsive to motion. Why is the software different? How can I make it more sensitive? I have the distance set to more than 30 feet and all the zones are turned on.

Can you please share a screenshot of the Motion Zones you have set in the Ring App? Additionally, what are your Motion Frequency and motion sensitivity slider set to? :slight_smile:
