I get text notification that a package has been delivered and open the door to find the package on my porch. No video or notification from Ring that someone was at my door. Why is this happening and how can I fix it. My WiFi signal is strong.
Hi @ISeeU. When you go up to the Doorbell, as if you were someone delivering a package, does it record your movements as a motion event, and do you get an alert of this? You’ll want to make sure your Doorbell is not in a specific Mode that disables motion detection as well. If you know your Doorbell was not disabled through Modes and should’ve been recording, please let me know what your Motion Frequency is set to.
