Motion footage won’t play!

My footage on my battery ring doorbell won’t play back! It’s online, I’ve reinstalled the app, I have an active plan which is in date and it won’t even play on the main ring website! It’s saying I don’t have an active plan or the trial is out of date but when I check my plan it is active and not due to renew until 2022.
