Motion events not recording with smart alerts

I have always had smart alerts on for person detection and it has worked great. Lately though, my timeline is full of motion events but no videos. It seems to be missing some person events as well. I got a new wifi-extender because my old one broke. I am getting RSSI -30 on the doorbell so I am not sure if it is related. I never use to see these motion events on my timeline but I get a bunch now.

Hi @aboucher33. Your signal strength is definitely in an acceptable range. I would try rebooting your Doorbell from the Ring app to see if it helps. You can also factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds and then reconnecting it to your WiFi. Since there are events with no video you will also want to reboot your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in.
