Motion detector will not connect. Any help please

My motion detector will not reconnect to the base station. Showing on the base station but will not finish set up. Any help or ideas please

Hi there, @Donsnowmere! If you just recently setup your Motion Detector for the first time, it may be undergoing an update. This can be seen in the Ring app of course. Try bringing your Motion Detector closer to your Base Station to see if the status or functionality improves.
