I am having trouble with my motion detection settings on my ring flood light cam (hard wired). The live feed is working but the motion detection is off. Everytime I try to turn on the setting, it takes me to the screen to adjust the zones which are already set up. Even if so change the zones or add zones the motion detection still won’t enable. The light works but only if I turn it on manually. Any help is appreciated.

Hi @user26539. Our teams have been made aware of this concern and are working as quickly as possible to get it resolved. In the meantime, you can sign into your Ring account on Ring.com and turn the motion detection toggle on there as a workaround. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
Our teams have now resolved this concern preventing the motion detection toggle from working in the Ring app for iOS. Please update your Ring app with the latest version available from the app store and test it out. Let me know how that works for you!
