Just installed a Ring stickup cam to watch over my drive, the motion zone is only detecting up to around 12 feet and I need it to be at least 20-25 feet, the product is supposed to work up to 30ft, I cannot see what I am doing wrong, can anyone help, have been through the advanced settings but cannot get it to detect.

Hi there, @Foxview! Good call on adjusting your motion settings. As each home is different, trial and error is the best method for fine tuning motion detection. Your Stick Up Cam can detect motion up to 30 feet away, but this will depend on factors such as settings, mounting height, and angle of view.
