Motion detection on battery cam

My motion was working and sending me alerts but now only let's me go live and I have a paid subscription in place. And it's fully charged Need some help please

Hi @Andy63. What is the [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229) of this device? If it is low, try checking to see if there is [wifi interference](https://community.ring.com/t/device-tips-wifi-interference/221). This could be affecting your devices connection and motion detection. I hope this helps!
