I have a Ring Doorbell 2. The motion detection is not working. The live view works fine. So does the video when someone uses the door bell. We have tried walking up and down the ramp, going up and down the steps, and waving our hand in front of the camera and no dection of the motion. We have snapshots enabled and we do get the snapshots, but no motion. We have tried to reset the motion settings and reconnecting the internet, but nothing has seemed to work. Please help!!!
