The camera(stick up battery cam) doesn’t record people motion although the sensitivity is at the highest level…in addition most of motion history clips they dont play at all…Help!
Hi @OttaFace. When you say the Stick Up Cam doesn’t record anyone, does it not detect motion or are there problems only when you’re trying to play back any recorded motions? Feel free to attach any screenshots or video examples that may help demonstrate what’s happening on your end as well. When attaching this video, you will need first gather the share link of the video. You can do this by going into the Event History in your Ring App and choosing to share it via email. From there, copy the link that is generated and paste the link in the body of your post. In addition, you can upload this video elsewhere, such as YouTube, and then share the link to the video in your reply.
