I have had my ring security camera floodlight for a few years and everything’s been fine. All of a sudden I am getting a message motion detected at front door. I cannot shut it off. Prior to this I was getting a single chime which was fine. Every article I look at associate this message with a doorbell and I don’t have one. How do I shut this off? I even uninstalled my Alexa app on the phone and that didn’t work
Hi @Charleneh. It would be helpful to see a screenshot of the notification you’re receiving, or to have more information on where this notification is coming from. Are you receiving the notification from an Alexa device or from the Ring app specifically?
