Motion Capture not capturing in Battery Mode but is it in Wired Mode

Hi

I have a Battery functioned Ring Camera (Gen3). I use my camera indoors recording through a window to the outside.

I found when in Wired mode it does not have a problem capturing motion through the window but in Battery mode it does not capture anything at all outside the window.

Does anyone know the reason for this? I have a fully charged battery as well. Maybe a firmware issue?

Likely in battery mode the motion sensor isn’t functioning at full power.
You’d have better success not pointing the camera through a window as they weren’t designed to function that way.
