On Ring Doorbell Pro I have multiple motion zones but only want to get alerts from one zone. Is this possible?

At this time any drawn zone that is active will detect and alert. You are able to make a zone inactive in your motion settings, but would have to remember to enable it again when you want motion. Also, there is motion scheduling, of course, which will prevent alerts during specified time frames. I see you’ve posted this in the feature request thread, which is awesome! I will definitely be sharing this with the team 
As stated previously, I only want to receive alerts from one zone and not the other.
