When I switch off the motion alerts slider on the apple ring app I still get motion alerts on devices but if i switch on the motion detection slider it stops them but it also stops recording as well any solution
Hi @user25707. When you mention that you’re still receiving motion alerts on devices, do you mean different smartphones and tablets? If you toggle off motion alerts on your smartphone and then trigger a test event, do you receive a motion alert on that smartphone?
