Motion alerts deactivated - but they are still being sent

We have have a Ring Indoor cam as well as a doorbell. We have motion notifications deactivated on both. We also have them integrated with Alexa. The doorbell does not send them, but the indoor cam does. Everytime the light changes or there’s a tree shadow moving, it triggers. 24/7 we get audio notifications. To clarify: Motion alerts are already turned off. I have rebooted the camera. I tried it in the app and on my PC.

Hi @OLcam. Can you clarify if the motion alerts you’re receiving are being sent through the Ring App on your phone, or if they’re being sent through your Alexa devices? This information will help us have a better idea of what you’re experiencing in order to try and help. :slight_smile:
