This can be done by creating a routine in the Alexa app. You’ll need an outdoor speaker (preferably mountable so it can’t easily stolen) that is compatible with Alexa. Create a routine “When this happens” select the connect ring camera. Select when person detected or motion detected depending on your preference. Set time/day. Alexa will - Alexa says - type message From - select you linked outdoor speaker to play the message on.

When your Floodlight Camera detects motion with Motion Warning toggled on, it will play a message over the speaker that says "Hi, you are currently being recorded."
