I’m able to go to individual cameras and I see the moods option available individually. But on my dashboard modes is not available to access, nor on the 3- menu in the top left, does it have settings available? This is driving me crazy as I cannot access or utilize modes. Help! I posted this yesterday but I think I posted it in the wrong section and I couldn’t find it after I posted it so I apologize in advance {exclamation-point}
Hi @chrisxpierce. What phone/Ring app version are you using? I would make sure that your Ring app is up to date. Be sure that if you are using a VPN, that you have it disabled when using the Ring app, as this could potentially cause issues. Also, try using this on and off wifi to see if one works better than the other. I hope this helps!
