“Modes” disappeared from the app in 2022 and technical support cannot fix the issue. They have told me on 2 separate occasions that it would be resolved remotely by their staff, yet nothing has changed. This is one of the main necessary functions so if it can’t be fixed, I’m tossing the entire Ring system for a local provider.
