I have a very important post to alert my neighbors about suspicious activity but for some unknown reason, the ring moderation team in their finite wisdom, won’t publish it. I haven’t been given a reason. It is not in violation of any policy. What the heck is going on here?
Hi there, @Moderationteamsuck. When posting in the Neighbors by Ring app, please ensure to follow the Neighbors Community Guidelines. You can send an email to communityalerts@ring.com and provide:
- The email address associated with your Neighbors app account.
- The reason for the inquiry.
- Any additional information that may help facilitate the resolution of the inquiry (e.g. screenshots of the posts or comments in question).
Reaching out to the Neighbors App team via that email directly is the best way to learn why your post was removed and to receive additional clarification on what type of information you can share on the Neighbors App. I hope this helps!
