Modem change alarm base connection issues

Xfinity recently changed my wifi gateway. All my devices connect to wifi except the ring alarm base. The base will not even acknowledge ANY wifi networks exist. Any thoughts?

Hi @jdshoe79. Does your new gateway combine the 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks? If so, this may be the cause for the issue you’re having. Try connecting to just the 2.4GHz network or ethernet connection. Let me know if this helps.
