This is a great feature and I have used this on my ring system for about 2 years now. Tonight for the first time my system armed 29 minutes too early and then when it armed I was about to let the dog out so I disarmed from the keypad. It said disarmed verbally and visually. I got the notifications even. Then I went to let the dog out. While I was out there the system armed itself again and then went into delay entry and went off. I came in to a ■■■■■■ off wife frantically trying to disarm it. Anyone else had this happen?
