Installed the Ring AC power supply but the app continues to show battery health status as critical - will the unit continue to function when the battery is fully depleted ?
Why does the app not register the permanent AC power feed ?
I have similar problem. I have totally recharged battery as advised because the ac adapter trickle charges, but mine still says powered by battery. I am confused as to how it worked the wire is screwed tightly to the bell back, put battery back on but nothing
