My doorbell pro and floodlight cam will sometimes have no snapshots or no snapshots until I go to live view. Is there a way to make sure that the snapshots are always being uploaded and happening?
I’ve tried to do a search, but the site isn’t displaying anything when I put in the search words.
Hi @Mrmessy. I’d recommend checking your Snapshot Capture settings on both your Doorbell Pro and your Floodlight Cam to ensure the preferred frequency is setting. Please also note that snapshots are only viewable on the Event History Timeline in the Ring app. If you’re trying to view them on Ring.com or elsewhere in the Ring app, you won’t see the snapshot images.
