I just bought a Ring Video Doorbell 3 Plus, and it seems to be missing the security screws for the outside cover. How do I get replacements?
Sorry to hear about this, @JrgJames! When a Ring device is purchased as new, the packaging should always contain all the hardware necessary for installation. Be sure to check everywhere, as there can sometimes be enclosed compartments holding these supplies within the packaging.
