Hi @ars. If you are not seeing any recordings during that period of time in your History, then there are no records to recover. This means that there was no footage recorded do to lack of motion, or your camera is offline and unable to record. There are many variables that can cause your camera to fall offline, such as a poor [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229) or [wifi interference](https://community.ring.com/t/device-tips-wifi-interference/221).
