This is a setting that helps preserve battery life if you experience frequent repetitive motions. Swapping the Motion Frequency setting to Frequently may work better if you do not receive a lot of traffic to begin with. Additionally, it's important to ensure your Doorbell has a strong internet connection, as signal instability can impact the motion detection.
