Missing recordings?

We had a delivery at 1.50pm and a visitor at 4.40pm yesterday but neither appear in my history, I have notifications before and after. How is it possible that these are missing?

Hi @Lucifer878. If you have a battery powered Ring Doorbell, check the Motion Frequency setting. This is a setting that helps preserve battery life if you experience frequent repetitive motions. Swapping the Motion Frequency setting to Frequently may work better if you do not receive a lot of traffic to begin with.

Additionally, it’s important to ensure your Doorbell has a strong internet connection, as signal instability can impact the motion detection. You can learn more about wifi signal strength here.
