Just had my first experience with Ring customer support.I just received second generation doorbell and the security screws that go into the bottom of the doorbell to secure it the mount is didn’t come with the camera. So I contacted Ringand they were absolutely no help. Kurt Stated well there’s no screws because you bought the drillless mount (yes I understand that but once you adhere the amount to your building how then do you secure the doorbell to the amount if you didn’t send the screws ). He then gave me a phone number that I still cannot get anybody to come onto the line and talk to me. absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced
Often one has to call multiple times to talk to a support agent who can assist you with your issue.
