Missing action

Hi,Im having trouble with my cameras missing motions.Most of the time it works great. But it keeps on missing motion. For example this morning I open my front door. The doorbell camera(wired) did not trigger.I went in front of the camera towards my carport where I have another camera, Spotlight cam wired,It didnt trigger. I took my truck and drove to work. Still no notifications.This means that someone could walk in front of my cameras and steal my car but no recording of this what so ever.But every single cat in my neighbourhood gets caught on film...What can I do to get the product to work as it is supposed to?/Hans
