For a few weeks now my ring doorbell doesn’t show the video when someone rings the doorbell.
We also aren’t getting real time alerts to view them.
This is literally the whole reason we have this ands not performing its primary function.
Anyone have any ideas how to fix this? Otherwise I’m replacing it with something that works.
Hi @HarpDad1619. What is the RSSI for the device? You can find this in the Device Health section of the Ring app. I would also try charging the battery for a few hours to make sure there is enough charge to operate the Doorbell. Try pressing the Doorbell button to see if the Doorbell will give you an alert. How it responds is a good way to determine how to move forward.
