Microphone

When someone rings my doorbell I can’t speak to them through my phone
I have checked all my settings but she doesn’t work
It was working but now it doesn’t
My partners phone works fine

Hi @Emmaatkinson449. Are you ensuring you press the green phone icon when you are in the Live View? After that, ensure the microphone is not slashed out (muted) and the same with the speaker icon on the Live View. If you’ve done this and still cannot hear someone in the Live View, please disable all Bluetooth devices to rule out if those are taking control of your audio and microphone. In the event you still cannot hear the Live View from your phone, remove the Ring app from your phone, reboot your phone and then reinstall the app to see if this helps! :slight_smile:

After further tests it’s actually my phone not the door bell
My microphone is broke on my phone ?‍♀️
