Newest stick up cam in operation. When I answer motion I can click on the speaker icon and hear the background noise. When I try to press the microphone button it does not do anything. Does not illuminate just stays blacked out.
Hi @ltrain98026. What type of phone are you doing this on? I would double check your settings and ensure that your phone has microphone permission on and enabled. Let me know if this corrects the issue.
