Microphone on security cam not working

I have a spotlight camera wired first-generation that has an issue with the microphone. When you access the microphone all you get is very choppy static key audio from it. Tried on multiple devices and my other camera of the same make and model works fine.

What is the procedure on getting this repaired?

Actually, doing some additional testing on my other camera where the microphone does actually work. I have found an issue that when I access the audio it freezes the live view and crashes.

When attaching this video, you will need first gather the share link of the video. You can do this by going into the Event History in your Ring App and choosing to share it via email. From there, copy the link that is generated and paste the link in the body of your post. In addition, you can upload this video elsewhere, such as YouTube, and then share the link to the video in your reply. :slight_smile:
