I have had a couple of parcels recently when at work, but when i try to talk to the delivery person, they cannot hear what I am saying. My phone microphone permission has been checked and all ok. My indoor cameras are hit and miss aswell, not clear and cut out.
Hi @Disneydave44. What is the RSSI for this device? Have you tried rebooting your router to see if that improves the quality? What about Ring.com - Can you use the Live View and communicate there? Also, what type of phone are you using and what version of the Ring app is installed? Thanks, neighbor.
