Hard wired to existing mechanical doorbell but chime doesn’t work.
Hi @Bisoy. Can you please clarify which model of Doorbell you have? You can find this information on the original packaging or on the back of the device itself. It’s possible the chime kit you have may not be compatible with your Doorbell, and I can point you in the right direction once I know which model of Doorbell you have.
