Mechanic Door Bell, but half a ring

Hi, I have a ring doorbell pro 2, when on the app the chime is set to mechanical I only get 1/2 ring. When set to digital there is a loud squitting sound. How do I get to ring like a normal door bell?

Hi @user62195. Do you have your Pro Power Kit installed? This typically happens when it is not installed. Feel free to share a picture of your Chime Kit with wires showing.
