Map not showing on Incidents

Question

When I view an incident it doesn’t show the map anymore. I can go back to the incident map and try to figure out which 'dot' it is, but it was so much handier when it showed while reading the actual incident description.

I’ve been having the same problem for months.  It would be great to get an answer as to what the problem is.
