Is it possible to have a particular moment recorded on command? even while at home?
Hi @Vincenzo. If you wish to record a specific moment, you can open the Live View in your Ring app. The Live View will create a recording and if you have an active Ring Protect Plan, this Live View event will be saved. I hope this helps!

it partly solves my question, but that means I have to open the app and keep it open
