How do I get a hold of someone who can actually help me? Their customer service is HORRID!!!

Or does anyone know how to change the email address from my mother who has Alzheimer’s and doesn’t have access or even know the original email she signed up with!!!

Did your Mum sign up using a PC/ laptop and browser or the app? It may be possible that if she was asked if she wanted to save the password, it may be in your browser settings/ password file. Even when I sign up for apps on my Android phone I am prompted to save the password, so you may be lucky. Or, you could try to login to Ring and see if the email address is pre- filled. Once you have these (if they are there) you can change the email address on the app. Otherwise, you will need to contact CS and jump through some hoops to be able to get the information.
