Im unable to manage plans (videos) for my other 2 cameras, please help

Hi @Asma_SSS. Have you tried accessing your Ring account on the desktop site, or a different smartphone or tablet? Make sure the Ring App is fully updated, and if you’re using a VPN to have that disabled. If you’re still not able to manage your Ring Protect plan or receive any errors, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here so they can get you squared away.
