I have a floodlight can that seems to have disconnected from a working wifi. I am unable to connect to the wifi (whose setting remain unchanged), nor reconnect to the same wifi. The device is still receiving power but the light indicator remains on with a light green illumination. I am also unable to reset it using the reset button.
