How do we get the ring doorbell we changed from the back door to the front door to update the announcement?
Hi @Minerva2. Are these announcements coming from a Chime, Ring App or an Alexa device? I would first ensure that the Doorbell is labeled in the app as Front Door. Do this in the Ring app by selecting- Menu > Devices > (Ring Device) > Device Settings > General Settings > Device Name. Where the announcements are coming from will dictate what steps you’ll need to make next.
