Low battery on hardwire

Hi! I have a Ring Video Doorbell which is hardwired.
Even though it’s hardwired it seems like the battery is draining and the other day I got a warning about low battery. Is this normal?

Hi @HrKvalvik. Hardwiring your Doorbell will provide it with a trickle charge each day that is designed to help keep the battery topped off and require it to be charged manually less often. If your Doorbell is capturing a lot of motions, dings, or Live Views, it is possible the battery may drain more quickly than it can be charged from the trickle charge. The Video Recording Length you have set can also affect how quickly the battery drains as well. You can try adjusting some of these settings to improve the battery life on your Doorbell.
