Low battery email no longer sending

It appears to affect quite a few people, it used to work, now it doesn’t?

Please could you just provide information on this problem rather than suggest I check my junk folder or contact support? Thanks.

Seeing no reply so I contacted support. After 40 minutes we established the warning emails were not in my junk folder. After that I was told issue had been escalated. After an hour I was told I would be contacted by email but no timescale on resolution.

dont hold your breath on this one.

I am new to Ring. 2023 got my first camera. The first time my battery drained down, I got an email. No longer get emails when the battery gets low. They are not in my junk. Called customer no service. Was told they can’t even track whether or not an email went out. I can’t figure out if they intend for this to be part of what we are paying for an our service. Very frustrating. Was your email issue ever fixed?
