Low battery email no longer sending

It appears to affect quite a few people, it used to work, now it doesn’t?

Please could you just provide information on this problem rather than suggest I check my junk folder or contact support? Thanks.

Seeing no reply so I contacted support. After 40 minutes we established the warning emails were not in my junk folder. After that I was told issue had been escalated. After an hour I was told I would be contacted by email but no timescale on resolution.

dont hold your breath on this one.
