We lost our wifi connection yesterday and now it is back on. My Ring doorbell 2 still cannot connect. I’ve disconnected the power to the modem (per a quick review of trouble shooting), but it is still not reconnecting. What is my next option? If I do a hard reset, will i have to reestablish connections to the two phones initially connected?
Remove battery from doorbell
Wait a minute
Put battery back in
Wait a minute for it to reconnect and try to access it
If that does not work do the hard reset
Thanks for the reply. It actually reconnected just after I sent my question. I guess it just took a few minutes. So disconnecting, then reconnecting the modem worked.
