doorbell lost wifi connection. when I try to reconnect it says it is owned by someone and ask them to add me. I own it!!!
Hey @jjjsmac. If you are setting up the Doorbell again and it’s saying there is already an owner, then you may have logged into the wrong account. You will need to ensure you are on the correct location in the app (go into the Main Menu and toggle between locations by tapping on your location above Dashboard, any duplicates may hold the Doorbell under Devices in there) and logged into the correct Ring account. In the event you still cannot see the Doorbell under another location or account, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
