Lost package and motion detected wasn’t recored

Is there any way i can chat with live agent?
My package has been stolen but motion wan’t recorded between certain time.

I’d be happy to help answer any questions you have about the motion detection, as Ring devices don’t record continuously so there could be a few different explanations for why there isn’t a recording for this particular incident. What model of Ring Doorbell do you have? You can find this information on the original packaging, on the back of the Doorbell itself, or on the Device Health page in the Ring App.
