Lost connection

Hi having lost my connection to my battery ring doorbell due to internet down I tried for ages to reconnect to my door bell via the app on my mobile phone and gave up and went to bed and low and behold come the morning it had reconnect I'm confused to say the least anyone else have this problem

Hi @user55666. What is the RSSI for this device? Typically, your doorbell will reconnect once it has a strong WiFi signal present.
