My Ring Alarm Station shows it loses WiFi nearly every time I open the app. It will then reconnect approx. 30 seconds later. Does anyone know a cause or fix for this? Thank you.
Hi @mcoyer! If you are force closing the Ring app after each use, or operating other apps on your phone at the same time, it is possible that your mobile device is taking a moment to process and reconnect for the Ring app. Try removing the Ring app and reinstalling it on your mobile device to ensure it is up to date and optimally integrated with your phone. Your Base Station itself should not be losing wifi due to Ring app operation, however, if this only happens while you are home and connected to your home wifi with your mobile device, this may be a concern in network settings.
